Full victory and award of $500,000 in attorneys’ fees for Lennar Homes
Firm partners Don Jackson and Margaret Bryant represented Lennar Homes, a Fortune 500 company, in a mold dispute brought by a subsequent purchaser of home built by Lennar in the Houston area. After successfully compelling arbitration, Ware Jackson obtained a full defense award following a seven-day hearing. Lennar also prevailed on all of its counterclaims, including an award of more than $500,000 in attorney fees and costs against the subcontractors that performed the subject work for failing to honor their defense and indemnity obligations.
