Ware Jackson wins second gender amendment suit in Harris County history (pro bono)

Ware Jackson partner Knox Nunnally provided Probono representation to a transgender client seeking to amend her state birth certificate and driver’s license to conform to her true gender. Ware Jackson secured for her the legal ability to make these changes in only the second such case to succeed in a Harris County, Texas state court. Ware Jackson previously secured the first such case in 2019 and now offers such legal assistance on a probono basis to any member of the LGBTQ community seeking assistance with such matters.
