Ware Jackson Wins Summary Judgment and Appeal for Homebuilder

Ware Jackson recently represented a national homebuilder in a personal injury lawsuit in which the plaintiff, an employee of a subcontractor, alleged severe injuries and millions of dollars in damages. After partner Avery Sheppard secured a summary judgment in the client’s favor in the trial court, partners Tim Lee and Margaret Bryant successfully defended the ruling in the Fort Worth Court of Appeals. The client was relieved of all liability and paid no damages.
