Jared Peloquin
Jared focuses his practice on complex commercial and construction litigation matters and has represented business owners, homeowners, and contractors in a range of disputes. Jared joined Ware Jackson after gaining experience in construction litigation following law school. While at the University of Houston Law Center, Jared served as a research assistant for Professor David Dow, concentrating on the Fifth Amendment, double jeopardy, and dual sovereignty. He also competed as an oralist in the TYLA Moot Court Competition and as a brief writer for the Billings, Exum, and Frye National Moot Court Competition.
When not at work, Jared chases his rock n’ roll dreams, having been a dedicated musician for over 25 years. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, cinema, and seeing how many Seinfeld references he can squeeze into a conversation.
