Ware Jackson partner Avery Sheppard is a member of the planning committee for the 15th Annual Damages in Civil Litigation course presented by TexasBarCLE, at which he will present his paper, Commitment Issues: Talking Money in Voir Dire. The presentation will focus on the propriety of questions relating to money damages in voir dire. Avery will also moderate a panel entitled The Myth of the Millennial Jury: Practical Advice for Seeking Damages from Younger Juries.
