Our partner, Dennis Barrow, and associate, Margaret Bryant, represented a Texas-based engineered process equipment manufacturer in a state court suit arising from the construction of an out-of-state mixed refrigerant distillation facility. The case involved a significant payment dispute and allegations of design flaws, manufacturing defects, and installation errors.
